Monthly costs are all-in estimates including membership fees where they apply. Each price was confirmed against the provider's own pricing page between August 29, 2026 and September 4, 2026. Brand-name medication and promotional first-month rates fall outside these ranges — see each review for what is included.
Pricing Breakdown
Calibrate: From $224/mo = $199 membership + ~$25 insurance copay for medication. Insurance-dependent, so there is no stable upper figure. Calibrate publishes NO cash-pay medication price anywhere on its own pricing page — the model is insurance navigation only. The '$1,000+/mo without insurance' figure previously carried here had no first-party Calibrate source (it traced to an industry stat on a competitor's site) and was removed 2026-08-18. Do not restore it without a Calibrate-published figure. A separate employer-sponsored track offers access at little or no member cost and is not captured by this range. Confirmed at source September 4, 2026. Many major carriers cover Calibrate with proof of clinical obesity (BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a comorbidity), so whether you are covered matters far more here than the sticker price does.
Ro Body: $223–$598/month all-in. Floor $223/mo = $74/mo membership (12-month prepaid) + $149/mo entry medication (Wegovy pill 1.5mg or Foundayo 0.8mg). Ceiling $598/mo = $149/mo month-to-month membership + $449/mo top Zepbound KwikPen tier (7.5mg-15mg with offer), which is the most expensive medication Ro publishes a cash price for. Both figures first-party from ro.co/weight-loss/pricing. CEILING CORRECTED 2026-08-20: monthlyHigh was $498 ($149 membership + $349 Wegovy pen), which did not describe the top of the range — Zepbound KwikPen runs $399-$449, i.e. $548-$598 all-in. Raised to $598 on the third consecutive run that flagged it; no medication price moved, only the derived ceiling. Excludes insurance-covered pricing, which is lower. Brand Ozempic has no first-party cash price (see notes). Promo prices are time-limited: the Wegovy pill 4mg $149 offer EXPIRED (stepped to $199 list on 2026-09-02); the Wegovy pen $199 starter rate covers two months only (0.25/0.5mg, sign up by Dec 31 2026); Foundayo 2.5mg $149 / 5.5mg $199 promo runs to Dec 31 2026. Confirmed at source September 4, 2026. Which end you land on depends mostly on whether you take an oral dose or a brand-name pen.
Medications & Supply
Both programs offer access to GLP-1s, but the source differs:
Calibrate: Brand-name GLP-1s (semaglutide for diabetes/weight loss, tirzepatide). Pharmacy-filled via major networks.
Ro Body: GLP-1s from Ro Pharmacy. Mix of brand and compounded options, with direct shipping to your door.
Overall Winner
Calibrate wins for: Medical oversight, insurance integration, dedicated coaching, complex cases.
Ro Body wins for: Affordability, accessibility, speed of enrollment, autonomy.
Choose Calibrate if you want a comprehensive, medically rigorous program with expert oversight and coaching. Choose Ro Body if cost, speed, and simplicity matter most.
How to Choose Your Program
Step 1: Assess Your Budget
Programs in this comparison start around $99/month at the low end and reach about $598/month at the high end, before brand-name medication. Decide what monthly spend feels sustainable long-term — GLP-1 treatment is generally ongoing, not a one-off course.
Step 2: Medication Preference
Prefer brand-name? Calibrate, Found, and Sprout offer name-brand GLP-1s. Open to generic/compounded? Ro Body and Hims & Hers are cheaper with compounded semaglutide.
Step 3: Support Level
Want intensive coaching? Calibrate and Found excel here. Prefer independence? Ro Body and Hims & Hers get out of your way.
Step 4: Use the Quiz
