As of August 2026, we searched both the FDA's warning letter database and BBB National Programs' National Advertising Division (NAD) case listings for "Shed" and "Try Shed" and found no warning letter, complaint, or advertising-review decision naming Shed or tryshed.com. Every match the searches returned belonged to an unrelated company or used "shed" as an ordinary word (e.g., produce-storage sheds, weight-loss testimonials on other providers' pages) rather than naming this business.
That is a point-in-time result rather than a permanent clearance — compounded-GLP-1 telehealth is an active FDA enforcement area, with multiple unrelated providers receiving warning letters over advertising language in the past year, so it is worth a fresh check before you sign up.
Clinical Results & Effectiveness
The evidence differs by which track you're on, and this review previously blurred that distinction. For Shed's brand-name track, patients are prescribed the exact FDA-approved product studied in the manufacturer's own trials: Wegovy's STEP 1 trial found 14.9% average weight loss at 68 weeks versus 2.4% for placebo plus lifestyle intervention, and Shed's own site cites a comparable 15%–20% range for Wegovy paired with diet and exercise.
