Eligibility
Fridays' own FAQ states its bar as BMI 25 or higher, with a licensed provider assessing whether treatment is medically appropriate for each applicant — this is lower than the BMI 30 (or BMI 27 with a weight-related condition) threshold used in the FDA labeling for approved GLP-1 drugs and by several other providers reviewed on this site, so do not assume the criteria are identical across providers. Clinical Results
Be careful with any "15% of body weight" figure on a compounded-GLP-1 page: that number traces back to clinical trials of the FDA-approved, brand-name drugs (semaglutide/Wegovy, tirzepatide/Zepbound), not to compounded medication. A trial result for one formulation does not automatically apply to a different, non-FDA-approved formulation — that exact inference is what the National Advertising Division ruled unsubstantiated against a competitor, Willow, in December 2025.
What Fridays itself publishes is different: an internal review of its own member data (not a clinical trial) states that patients with documented weight measurements at 12 months averaged a 15.28% body-weight reduction, as of April 2025.
